Your order for the purchase of any product at the website shall be deemed to be an offer made by you. We reserve the right to accept or reject the offer. Your order shall be deemed to have been accepted by us only upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered by you.

Non Acceptance, Cancellation of Orders & Refunds

Certain situations may arise where we may not be able to accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by you for any reason.

On certain very rare occasions, we may be unable to accept an order due to the non-availability of the product in stock. In such a situation, if we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the entire amount received by us will be refunded.

Further, in spite of our best efforts to provide correct and accurate information on the website, some errors may occur from time to time. We may therefore be unable to accept an order placed by you due to errors in the product description and/or pricing on the website. In such a situation, we shall inform you by e-mail to place a fresh order on the basis of the corrected information, should you prefer to do so. You may however at your sole discretion also choose to cancel the order. If the order is canceled after we have processed the payment, the amount received will be refunded.

You cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped out by us. In case you cancel an order before it has been processed/ approved by us, we shall refund the entire amount received by us. Our decision on whether an order has been processed or not shall be final and you agree not to dispute our decision.

All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Colour Variation:

We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product. The variation could occur for a number of reasons including the screen resolution and other parameters of the monitor. The resulting colour variation could be up to 10% which we request you to take note of.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes, if any, arising on account of any matter connected with the usage of the website will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by SWAAS. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India, 1996. The venue of the arbitration shall be Tiruppur.
